1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day:

  • on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods; or
  • in the case of multiple goods delivered separately, on which you acquire possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement via email:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

  • we have received the goods back; or
  • you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods

— whichever occurs first.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.

Please notify your return in advance via email.
After your request, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

4. Return Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless:

  • the product is defective;
  • the product is not as described;
  • an error occurred on our side.

5. Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Partial Returns and Promotions

In the case of partial returns, the total order value may be adjusted accordingly.

For orders placed under the “Buy 3 Pay 2” promotion:

  • the discount applies to the entire set of products;
  • if the number of retained items falls below 3, the discount is removed;
  • the order will be recalculated at standard product prices;
  • the refund will reflect the recalculated total order value.

Returning the entire set is also possible.

7. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;
  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
